We ARE : What YOU make Us. We are people from your community. We are everyday hustlers, dreamers, from your workplace, working with you as a colleague or competitor. You will find us everywhere; over weekends in Malls, Park, coffee shop or Souk waqif, pearl MIA. Week days in Service, Construction, Industrials, High School, University(Student/Professor), Healthcare as (nurse/doctor), Civil-Defense, Arm Force. We are everything from grandparents to high-school students.
Only difference is, we are a group of minds, who believe and push every day to live stronger, better, and happier through fitness (mind and body), balance diet and positive support from our community.
Athletes in Us: Some of us never played a sport in our lives, yet we become an athlete when we walk through CrossFit HAYA door. We use a combination of bodyweight, gymnastic and weightlifting training to produce measurable results. Our happening group classes CrossFit, Meltdown, Barbell Club and Personal Training.
Family/Community. We love fitness, active lifestyles and build our members a little bit better than they were yesterday. We believe in learning, teaching, sharing our knowledge and finding new knowledge; Kaizen within and bring the same value.
We appreicate learning from our members, and becoming better with proper improvisation. We love the fact that we could build this amazing facility as our first startup with basic essentials. And Also able to connect with like minded people in one hour of our training.

World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
Five or six days per week mix these ele- ments in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
